Two decades in behavioral health and community advocacy, holding space for people in their hardest seasons. She knows this terrain from the inside: there were years she steadied and housed others while she herself was without a home, raising two children, holding everyone together while quietly running on empty. Body & Crown is the space she kept wishing existed.

Body & Crown is an emotional wellness ecosystem for women who carry the world. A growing place to reconnect with yourself, your community, and the world around you. Crownie, a warm companion, is the first you meet inside it. Not therapy, not fitness. A place to come home to yourself.
